Capcom has released the NEMESIS Trailer for Resident Evil 3.

Here are a few key moments in the trailer:

  • Nemesis appears to start off with a “bondage mask” when he first appears.
  • Jill will encounter Nemesis in extremely tight spaces (probably even tighter than the locations Mr. X. was encountered in Resident Evil 2).
  • It appears that more members of the UBCS make their way to the RPD.
  • The subway section not only features the UBCS team but another car with survivors as well.
  • Nemesis’ tentacles can drag you from afar and also be used to reach higher ground.
  • We have a clear view of the Hunters now.

RE4HD December update

Albert has posted a very nice December update just in time for Christmas. His post features an extensive comparison library, not to mention a very nice video showcasing AI upscaled rendered video for Separate Ways.

For those not in the know, Separate Ways used rendered videos as opposed to the main campaign’s in-engine videos.

Resident Evil 2 RPD demo features Nemesis’ iconic growl

Capcom has released the RPD Demo, which, is the previously released “One shot demo” minus the 30 minute time limit.

Fans playing the demo have been able to hear Nemesis’ iconic “STAAAAAARS” growl outside the RPD.

Resident Evil 3 trailer reveal

The rumors were true, Resident Evil 3 is coming April 3rd 2020. Not only that, but Project Resistance will be the multiplayer component for the title as well.

The trailer is stylistically the same as the Resident Evil 2 trailer, which is fitting. We do get glimpses of the Raccoon City streets, Brad, the UCBS and the big man himself, Nemesis.

REmake 3 images leaked on PSN

Images for the Resiedent Evil 3 remake have leaked on PSN. They showcase Nemesis, Jill and Carlos.

Nemesis now looks like a fully modified Tyrant (hence the nose on the face). His mouth does resemble more his classic look. Jill’s clothing is also updated just like Claire’s in the RE2 remake. Carlos looks much better (in my opinion).

The leak also confirms Project Resistance’s final name: Resident Evil Resistance. Along with 2 new characters.

So far, so good. Can’t wait to hear more from Capcom, hopefully a trailer or environment screens come soon.

RE4HD chapter 3-4 update

Albert has released updates on chapter 3-4 for his RE4HD project.

This is the section where you play as Ashley, here are a few bullet points from his post:

  • Adjusted lighting and effects.
  • A lot of small model and texture edits.
  • Improved stage shadows where needed.
  • Remastered File and Chapter End background images.
  • Remastered new enemies’ textures and models (Armaduras).
